Coverage for our information stretches across fifty states and all US territories. Within IRBfocus, each search and report displays a coverage map detailing the information provided. All search and report results are saved for seven days and are exportable as a PDF, Word Document, or Excel Spreadsheet.
The cornerstone of IRBfocus, our Basic Person Search is anything but “basic.” Find the individual you’re searching for by entering in specific or broad search criteria. IRBfocus returns information to continue your background search, like name, SSN, date of birth, address, and phone data.
The Comprehensive Report pulls all the available data about your subject in one, convenient, readable report. If you’re looking for the gold standard, look no further. The new and improved IRBfocus Comprehensive Report can be accessed directly or from search results.
Additional Report Options within this report (charges apply): Property Ownership Current/Previous, Businesses at Address, Driver License Information, Motor Vehicles Registered at Address, Bankruptcies, Liens and Judgments, Neighborhood Profile (2000 Census).
Similar to the Basic Person Search, the Advanced Person Search provides additional input fields, such as name aliases or relative names. Details returned include neighborhood information, driver’s license information, and phone numbers.
The new Contact Plus Search returns name, SSN, date of birth, and address information. In addition, the best phone numbers for the located individual are listed.
The Contact Card Report provides a new way to obtain instant access to key contact information available on an individual! Now you can easily identify relatives and associates closest to your subject AND determine their possible relationship to your subject (i.e. mother, father, sister) for more effective results. Contact Card can be accessed directly from your Person Search or Advanced Person Search results, as well as the newly redesigned Report Selection screen.
The Social Security Death Index provides information about deceased individuals.
The Email Search, with reverse email address capabilities, provides associated emails for your subject.
The Finder Report is an enhanced Report that contains additional telephone information, including indicators on unverified phones. The Finder Report will improve your ability to locate subjects and "nearbys." The Finder Report is all about phone numbers: verified and unverified.
The Marriage and Divorce Search returns information about marriages and divorces, including names, locations, and dates.
Connecting people and businesses is one of the things IRBfocus does best. Search more than 250 million records to find officers, directors, small business owners, and possible employees.
The Summary Report is the next tier of information available after a basic person search or an advanced person search. All searches available from a Summary Report are also found in the Asset, Comprehensive, Finder, and Contact Card Reports.
The Asset Report contains all individual searches found within the main Asset category: motor vehicle registrations, property deeds, property assessments, watercraft, and aircraft. In addition, the Asset Report includes UCC filings, FAA pilot licenses, and all available information from the Summary Report: Address Summary, others using SSN, date/location where SSN issues, Census Data, Bankruptcy Indicator, Property Indicator, and Corporate Affiliations Indicator.
Find motor vehicle records that detail owner, registrant, and lien holder information, as well as vehicle data. The Motor Vehicle search includes boats, trailers, RVs, and other assets registered with a specific state’s Department of Motor Vehicles.
Motor vehicle reports are documents that contain detailed information on a subject's driving history and may include accidents, suspensions, and violations. Reports are available for some states in either a 3-year or 7-year review.
To gain access to driving records, customers must sign an MVR agreement with IRBsearch. This signed document acknowledges customers have read and understand all applicable state and federal laws; reports cannot be used by any permissible purpose as defined by FCRA and must follow DPPA.
Our searching capabilities allow you to combine specific information such as: company name, last, first, middle name, street address, city, state, zip code, and parcel number. Find property assessment records such as seller name, all applicable addresses, land usage, sale and recording date, sale amount, assessed value, parcel number and other owner(s) information. You can run another report for additional records including the values such as land, market, and improvement.
Watercraft records may include: owner name, address, hull number, record type, date last seen and the vessel name. You can also run a watercraft report that displays more specific and detailed information on registration, title, and vessel information.
Business results contain information about businesses and government agencies. Uncover business relationships, assets, and details that are not available to the general public.
The comprehensive report on a business, run a Business Report to find all the details about a business entity.
Access corporate filings and gain information such as charter number, state of origin, record date, registered agent information, and more.
Access and review details associated with owners of domains (websites).
Find the details of any arrest and booking. Filter the results by choosing a Current search which tracks activity in the last seven days, a Historical search which tracks activity older than seven days, or a Full search which tracks all activity. The search covers nearly 85% of the arrests in the United States.
Our searching capabilities allow you to combine specific information such as: last, first, and middle name, company name, Social Security Number, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), street address, city, state, zip code, and case number. Bankruptcy records include debtor (and additional debtor) name, Social Security Number, address, case number, date filed, court location, and filing type.
You can run a Bankruptcy report that displays more specific and detailed information including: filing and disposition date, filing type and status, liabilities, assets, attorney and trustee information, and creditors meeting date and location. The Bankruptcy Report also may contain any bankruptcy filings for your subject covering the last ten years, as well as bankruptcy filings for your subject's co-debtors.
Bankruptcy information is crucial for compliance with 11 U.S.C. Section 362, which automatically stays most actions against a debtor or the debtor's property upon the filing of a petition for bankruptcy. This means creditors are prohibited from contacting the debtor or the debtor's employer or making any attempt to collect the debts.
If a creditor attempts collection efforts on a discharged debt, the debtor could file a motion for sanctions in court. A court can sanction creditors for violating the bankruptcy injunction. The normal sanction for violating the bankruptcy injunction is civil contempt, often punishable by a fine.

Civil Courts record results vary from state to state, returning the following information: case title and type, plaintiff/petitioner, defendant/respondent, attorney, state of origin, city, state, and jurisdiction.

Accessing the Criminal Report produces additional insight into a criminal record. Information about the arrest, booking, and charges may be available.

Florida Accident records include: name, record type, address, accident date and number, VIN, and tag number.

Foreclosure records vary from state to state, returning the following information: plaintiff(s) and defendant(s) name, defendant(s) Social Security Number, site address, deed type, and recording date.
Lien and Judgment records vary from state to state, including: debtor name and address, creditor name, case number, filing type and date, amount, book/page, Social Security Number, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), release date, original case number, and serial/cert. number.
Sexual Offender records vary from state to state, including: SSN, name, AKA’s, address, date of birth, hair color, eye color, sex, height, weight, race, offense date, conviction date, victim’s age, and date last seen of the offender. A photograph of the offender will also be returned, if available.
The Watchdog Service keeps an eye on individuals and notifies you if they are arrested. Using name and date of birth criteria, you’ll receive an email alert any time your subject is booked into a jail. Covering more than 80% of the population, the Watchdog Service’s real-time tracking gives you the advantage of automated searching.
License Search capabilities allow you to combine specific information such as: last, first, and middle name, Social Security Number, street address, city, state, and zip code. Concealed Weapon Permit results vary by state, but may include: full name, Social Security Number, address, gender, date of birth, ethnicity, license state, permit number and type, registration and expiration date.
Search for Drivers Licenses records using some or all of the following information: last, first, and middle name, license number, date of birth, (DOB) street address, city, state, zip code, and Social Security Number.
Results may include: name, address, county, Social Security Number, date of birth, date of death, sex, race, attention flag, restrictions, expiration and issue date, endorsements, motorcycle code, license type and number, hair and eye color, height, and weight.

Hunting/Fishing License results vary by state, but may include: full name, Social Security Number, address, gender, date of birth, ethnicity, license number, date, and type, home state, and license state.

Remember that Professional License types vary by state, so be sure to check available coverage before running a search.
Professional License records include: full name, address, Social Security Number, license number, state, status, type, profession/board, sex, phone number, issue, expiration, and last renewal date.
The Directory Assistance Search provides phone numbers across the US for both individuals and businesses.
The Phones Plus Search combines landlines and cellular phone information into one, complete search.
Conduct a Reverse Lookup when the only information you have is the phone number. Reverse Lookup results include: listing type (residence, business, or government), name, address, phone number, and caption. The caption column displays additional listing information such as the department name of a large business.
