Training

IRBsearch offers complimentary web-based and interactive training sessions for our customers. During the live classes experts demonstrate best practices for individual searches and IRBsearch reports. IRBsearch webinars may be accessed by clicking the Webex Training Button on the right-hand side of this page. You may request to be added to our webinar email contact list by emailing marketing@irbsearch.com. Different topics are covered throughout the year; some sessions require passwords, but all webinar training is offered absolutely free for IRBsearch customers.

Additional one-on-one webinar training is available through IRBsearch customer service representatives. You may contact us toll-free at (800) 447-2112 between the hours of 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday to set up a session. The following topics can be included in your free training session: Client Sign In, "My Account" Option, Coverage Areas, Help Menu, Run a Search, Search Parameters, Search Results, Run Report and Report Options. We also specifically design training sessions to meet individual client needs.
